BACKGROUND

t-COG^® is the Training Collars Owners Group which was launched to offer advice and support to pet owners who use or are considering the use of Electronic Training Devices to train their pets.

The group is led by Duncan McNair, the parliamentary adviser to ECMA (Electronic Collar Manufacturers Association).

Duncan’s belief is, “Electronic training devices have been used for many years to improve an owner’s ability to train their animals and thus improve the relationship between the owner and their pet”.
